The venue is projected to open in late spring 2025 and will feature a robust lineup of activities, including 19 bowling lanes, 4 lanes of axe throwing, 2 krazy dart lanes, a 50-piece arcade, and 10 billiards tables, CEO Michael Siniscalchi tells What Now OC.

There will be an indoor/outdoor bar and patio, a stage for live music, and trivia/game nights. The venue will house a full food and beverage program. Lenin Belangonda, who comes from an IT architecture and project management background, is the franchisee behind the exciting venture.

810 Billiards & Bowling is recognized for its upscale twist on the traditional bowling alley experience. The business was founded in 2014, and currently has several locations across the United States, predominantly in states like Texas and Tennessee.
